Often we can understand our problems, we know what we should do, or maybe even how to do it, but something holds us back. This is because our bodies remember. We often store emotions, memories, beliefs and trauma on a subconscious level and it is that which holds us back. Utilising a range of different therapeutic techniques Emily works with you to understand your issue and yourself on this deeper level and supports you towards positive change and successful therapeutic outcomes.
Safety and efficacy is at the forefront of my work and it's why I'm so passionate about EFT and CBH. You are able to go as deep as you feel comfortable or are ready for and with guidance you'll be held and supported throughout the process.
This enables you to take the maximum benefit from your sessions and work towards a calmer, clearer and more empowered state of being.

Chris Waller
Sports Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Massage Therapist
A double graduate in BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and MSc Strength and Conditioning, gaining both from Hartpury University, alongside almost 5 years of massage experience.
I have enjoyed plenty of different working opportunities in sport, including working with Hartpury University FC and the BUCS programme with the first team and with Cheltenham Town FC academy. I now work with Coventry City FC academy, Earlsdon RFC, in Coventry, and with GB Baseball and Softball, building towards the 2028 LA Olympics.
When I don't have my boots on, I am in the clinic working alongside Adam Gaunt in Gloucester, who I have been working with for 18 months.
I am extremely passionate about keeping people moving and feeling comfortable in their own bodies as well as educating them on how important it is to look after themselves, using all three of my skill sets to achieve this. My knowledge of Strength and Conditioning, I feel, gives me an edge here as I am not only able to get people back to an acceptable standard but beyond that getting them stronger than ever. It is also, of course, great for helping athletes progress in their sporting career and get the most out of themselves.
