M.Ost, GOsC reg: 11940

Izzie is a dedicated osteopath known for her innate caring nature that immediately puts her patients at ease. Her passion lies in helping people move freely, live without pain, and feel truly supported in all aspects of their health journey. While she enjoys treating all musculoskeletal complaints, Izzie has a particular interest in women’s health, with a passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic health challenges.

From the very beginning of her career, Izzie has been drawn to the holistic nature of osteopathy. She believes that true healing comes from treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Her approach is both thorough and compassionate, ensuring every patient feels understood and cared for.

Izzie: “My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where patients can feel comfortable sharing their concerns. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, because no two people, or their needs, are the same. I aim to restore balance, ease, and confidence so that each patient can move forward with strength.”
Izzie regularly supports people with:

• Pregnancy-related pain and postpartum recovery
• Pelvic health and hormonal influences on the body
• Back and neck pain
• Joint pain of any kind
• Hypermobility-related discomfort
• Nerve irritation
• Sports and muscle injuries

Whether you’re navigating the unique demands of women’s health or simply looking for relief from everyday aches and pains, Izzie is dedicated to helping you feel and function at your best. Her care goes beyond symptom management, she empowers people to reconnect with their bodies and live well.

Chris Waller - Sports Therapist

MSc, Sports Therapist Asssociation registered

HCPC registered Sports Therapist

A double graduate in BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and MSc Strength and Conditioning, gaining both from Hartpury University, alongside almost 5 years of massage experience.

I have enjoyed plenty of different working opportunities in sport, including working with Hartpury University FC and the BUCS programme with the first team and with Cheltenham Town FC academy. I now work with Coventry City FC academy, Earlsdon RFC, in Coventry, and with GB Baseball and Softball, building towards the 2028 LA Olympics.

When I don't have my boots on, I am in the clinic working alongside Adam Gaunt in Gloucester, who I have been working with for 18 months.

I am extremely passionate about keeping people moving and feeling comfortable in their own bodies as well as educating them on how important it is to look after themselves, using all three of my skill sets to achieve this. My knowledge of Strength and Conditioning, I feel, gives me an edge here as I am not only able to get people back to an acceptable standard but beyond that getting them stronger than ever. It is also, of course, great for helping athletes progress in their sporting career and get the most out of themselves.
